The IDF World Dairy Summit 2024 will be held at the CNIT Forest conference centre in La Défense-Paris, France, from 15-18 October, 2024.

Registration fees

* Full registration fee includes access to all sessions and exhibitions, the Welcome Reception (first day), and lunch & coffee breaks during the four days.

* Day registration includes access to all sessions and exhibitions, and lunch & coffee breaks on the chosen date.

* The Farmers’ Dinner and Gala Dinner are optional and paying events, and subject to availability on a first come first serve basis.

Technical tours will be available from 18 to 20 October. Be sure to book your tour during the registration process. More information is available on the dedicated Technical tours page.  

All rates include taxes.


* A reduced fee is proposed for students and persons from developing countries upon justification. Accepted proof of status documents are:

- copy of a valid student card for student registration (full and day registration), or

- copy of a valid passport for persons from developing countries (full and day registration). The full list of UN Least Developed Countries can be found here.


Proof of status documents must be provided during the registration process and validated by the Summit organisers before final confirmation of the registration.

In case the provided proof of status document is invalid, the registration and social event fees will be refunded with a deduction of 50 euros for cancellation fees.

Accompanying Person registration: If you will be accompanied by a guest during the summit (excluding members of your company or organisation, who must register at the current rate) a special rate is available when you register.

The Accompanying Person registration fee includes lunch & coffee breaks and the Welcome Reception. Participation in other social events is possible at an additional cost.

Terms of payment

Full payment is required within 14 days of registration to validate your registration. Registration is not complete until full payment has been received. Full payment must be received by 14 October.

Credit card payments and bank transfers are accepted.

Debit card payments are not accepted.

For bank transfers, 30 euros bank charges may apply and are on your charge.

Cancellation Policy

Any substitution request must be notified by e-mail and submitted to the organiser for approval. All substitutions and cancellations must be notified in writing by e-mail to

- Cancellations before 31 August: registration and social event (Farmers' dinner, Gala dinner) fees will be refunded with a deduction of 50 euros for cancellation fees
- Cancellations after 31 August: no refund possible
